NEW PASSES - The Friends of the Plainville Public Library have purchased two new library passes to EcoTarium in Worcester and Zoo New England, which consists of Franklin Park Zoo in Boston and Stone Zoo in Stoneham.
The EcoTarium pass admits 2 Adults and 2 Children for a discounted admission of $9 Adults (19+), $7 Seniors (65+), $7 Youths (2-18) and is open Tuesday to Sunday.
The Zoo New England pass admits 6 people for a discounted admission of $9 Adults (13+), $9 Seniors (62+), $6 Youths (2-12) and is open daily.
Adults and Teens register to make a set of 4 coasters using ink and alcohol on tiles. No artistic talent needed. Materials Fee of $4 per set will be collected that evening. Please register online at http://www.plainvillepubliclibrary.org/pinterestcantfail.html
Due to the impending snow storm (really, Blizzard conditions and 14+ inches?) the Plainville Public Library will be closed Tuesday to keep all of our staff safe in the storm. All items that were due on Tuesday will be due back now on Thursday March 15, to give you all a chance to dig out. Be safe!
