Home Delivery for Homebound Seniors
This service is a partnership between the Plainville Public Library and the Plainville Council on Aging. It is available to homebound individuals who live in Plainville.

- The homebound individual signs up by filling out This application [PDF, 236KB] and returning it to the Plainville Library or Senior Center.
- Make sure you tell us what kind of books you like to read and in what format: large print, books on cd, regular type books.
- Small blue bags are delivered once a month to the Senior Center and the bus will deliver to you. limit of 6 items at a time.
- Return your bag of books to the bus driver on your next delivery the next month.
- Remember this is just like checking book out from the library so you are responsible for their care and safe return each month.
