Home Delivery for Homebound Seniors

This service is a partnership between the Plainville Public Library and the Plainville Council on Aging. It is available to homebound individuals who live in Plainville. 

Here's how it works:

1. The homebound individual signs up by filling out This application [PDF, 236KB] and returning it to the Plainville Library or Senior Center.
2. Make sure you tell us what kind of books you like to read and in what format: large print, books on cd, regular type books. 
3. Small blue bags are delivered once a month to the Senior Center and the bus will deliver to you. limit of 6 items at a time.
4. Return your bag of books to the bus driver on your next delivery the next month.  
5. Remember this is just like checking book out from the library so you are responsible for their care and safe return each month.
