Everything isn't due until June 4

The Plainville Public Library has just extended due dates on everything you currently have checked out on your card until JUNE 4. And yes that includes anything that was overdue PRIOR to March 1. The Library is closed at least through May 4 due to the Stay at Home order, and we are not taking returns at this time as our book drop is locked. Extending the due dates well past the current order will give you ample time. We don’t want you to feel rushed to bring things back when we hopefully reopen and we certainly didn’t want to charge anyone fines for items they have currently checked out. We have also frozen the holds list so everything will be exactly as it was when we get back.
