What's New?

Keep your holiday packages safe and sound!

11/25/2016

Picture
As more people shop online, the risk of stolen packages increases. A report from insuranceQuotes.com finds that an estimated 23 million Americans have had packages stolen from their homes. Being that the Plainville Public Library is a trustworthy place in town, the Library Trustees and the Director are once again offering a Package Pick Up Service. Plainville Residents with a library card in good standing can have their holiday packages shipped to “their name” at the Plainville Public Library, where we personally sign for each package. Using the tracking software available through their online retailer, customers will know when their package arrives safe and sound and protected from thieves. Packages can be picked up by the addressee during regular library hours with their library card and signature.
So keep your holiday gifts safe and sound this season and use the Package Pick up Service at the Plainville Public Library. For more information
