Knitting, sewing, watercolors, drawing practice and MORE! There are even video on how to use a Cricut Machine, perform maintenance on your sewing machine and even what glues and tapes do best in which situations.

We are sorry but Miss Laura is out today. We are cancelling the storytimes at both 10:30am and 1:30pm today. Thank you for understanding. Luckily it is a beautiful day and I hope you can get to the park to enjoy the sunshine!

The Library is closed Monday, May 27 for Memorial Day. Please remember to pick up any weekend passes by 6pm on Friday May 24.
Yes, we can renew your kids' passport
The Plainville Public Library staff are trained Passport Acceptance Agents. We can process your form DS-11 for new adult passports and renewing child passports. We take walk ins but you MUST be here at least 1 hour before we close each day. Appointments are suggested on Monday and Wednesday evenings since those are busy times. Please come to us with all of the Required Documentation

We are changing the due dates for anything due May 1 or 2 to Friday, May 3. You can also return books at the Wood School drop box. The library is basically unaccessible unless you park where the police cars usually park and walk over. There is NO HANDICAP PARKING TODAY. They are PAVING and they are everywhere trying to get this done.
Melissa loves reading mysteries and historical fiction. She watches way too much hockey. And would like to have more time for crafting cool stuff.
