Rhyme Time is a drop-in program intended for infants and toddlers. Every Tuesday at 10:00 am we will share stories, finger plays, music and movement activities, and more!
Children are welcome to engage with the program as much as they feel comfortable. Our intention is to introduce early literacy skills in a low-key environment, followed by social play time (for both children and caregivers!). |

Page Turners is a NEW Book Club that will take place on the first Wednesday of every month from 4:00-4:30 pm. We'll choose from the Transitional Chapter Book aisle in the library (the green dot books). These books are generally rated at a 2nd grade reading level, so this book club is best suited for Grades 1-3 or others who read comfortably at this level.
Snacks will be served, and we may include a craft activity after our book discussion. No registration required. |
Pre-readers and experienced readers alike are invited to join Lori and her dog Mocha in the Children's Department for our "Read to a Dog" program!
Reading to a furry friend not only helps kids practice their literacy skills, but it builds reading confidence and reduces stress. This drop-in program will take place on the last Wednesday of every month from 4:30-5 pm; no registration required. |
This arts & crafts series will take place one per month in the Children's Department. Most crafts are suitable for ages 5+ unless otherwise noted. Please check our calendar for specific dates.
|
Gather with friends and free-build with the Library's Lego collection, and we will display your creations at the Main Desk! Lego Club meets the second Friday and Saturday of each month, unless otherwise noted on the calendar. This program is intended for ages 5+.
|
Our brand new Dungeons & Dragons Club is launching for grades 3-8! This club will meet on the third Thursday of every month from 4-6 p.m. in the Children's Department. All materials will be provided; no previous experience necessary!
Please note: our April meeting is cancelled; please join us on May 16th. |
