The Plainville Public Library can now offer Contactless Takeout service for Plainville residents only. Residents may call the library at 508-695-1784 Monday – Thursday 10am -2pm and talk to a staff member who will then pull items from our shelves to fulfill their needs. Items will be left in paper bags with names outside the front door for pickup by the resident. We consider this an especially important service for those who do not have access to eBooks as we are providing needed reading material for those to stay home and read. All items will not be due back until June 4, so please consider doing this once to stock up during this unprecedented time. Any items you currently have on your library card are now due back June 4. The Library is not accepting returns until we can open the building to the public, the book drop is locked.
