Log in to Check your account, Use the online databases, place holds or renew your items! If you do not have a SAILS Library card you can register online HERE

The new Enterprise catalog is now available. Limiting your search is now so much easier. Just look to the left panel to discover all the ways to limit your search - by library, by format, by age, etc. You can place holds directly from your initial search list. Or click on the title to explore more; where you will find tags, a list of similar items and other items in the series. Use the Add to My list feature to create a list of items you might like to order later, or ones that you already read.

There are some pretty cool things you can do with the new catalog, including one very much asked for: place multiple holds from your search list all at once. Oh yeah, just click the check box next to each item you want off the list and click on Select an Action to place the holds all at once!!

Directions to the Plainville (MA) Public Library: For a MAP click here

Route 95N or S to Route 495 North to Exit 15, Route 1A. Take turn off the ramp onto 1A towards the Wrentham Outlets. Follow for 2.2 miles. The library is on the right, a brick building with a clock tower.

From Route 152 (Attleboro): Follow 152 N until the intersection with Route 106 (McDonalds & Mobil). Take a left onto 106. Follow 106 over hill, across Route 1, and back down the hill. At the bottom of the hill there is a light (Route 1A) Take a right onto Route 1A and we are approx. 1.5 miles on left side

The calculator worksheet has been adapted from the downloadable spreadsheet, original provided by the Massachusetts Library Association and then adapted for the web by Chelmsford Public Library. Maine State library added extra accessibility coding and reformatting for ease of reading online. This spreadsheet requires Microsoft Excel.

What's a Kill A Watt EZ? Monitor your energy usage

Coupon Swap Trade in your unwanted coupons for things you always buy. Located by the study corals in front of the men's room. There are always great savings for baby products, health and beauty, pet food, and more things you use every day.

Magazine Swap: Read one, Take One basket is locate in the foyer of the library. Donate your used magazines and get some new ones to read. Now in a new stand to make browsing easier.

Flag Collection Box: Bring your worn, tattered flags and deposit them in the box for our local Eagle Scout candidate to retire/dispose of in the proper manner.

Tax Information & Forms: We have a supply of Federal and State Tax Forms here. Please understand the supply may be limited because they are no longer mailing forms to households. Federal forms and instructions can be found at www.irs.gov.

Massachusetts is no longer printing the directions in the tax booklet they provide. Directions can be found at the DOR website. The State is also offering a new online WebFile for free. They do expect most people to do their taxes online if they offer this service for free.

For Just $2 ... Make the switch!

Library Cards on your iPhone/iTouch - Yes! we will accept the new scan-able barcodes you can carry with you on your iTouch or iPhone. If you are wondering what they are - There is a free App called "My Cardstar". It works with your rewards cards - like CVS, Shaw's, Bob's, etc, but they have a section for LIBRARY CARDS. You enter your barcode number from your library card and it creates a scan-able barcode we can use at the library in place of your regular library card. Please remember you are still responsible for your library card and its use. Treat it like a credit card and report to us any stolen or lost cards ASAP, so we can deactivate your card. They say they are currently working on apps for droid and blackberry, which should be forthcoming.
