Library cards expire once every three years to give us a chance to catch up with our customers. We want to make sure we have the most current contact information for you. How do I change my address/phone or email? When you are logged in to the SAILS catalog at www.sailsinc.org click on MY ACCOUNT then choose CHANGE MY ADDRESS Your PIN number is a number assigned to you by the computer. For most people it is the last 4 digits of your phone number. You can call the library and ask for your PIN number if that doesn't work. After you log into the SAILS library network the first time using your PIN number you can change it to anything you will remember, by going to MY ACCOUNT and CHANGE PIN. Can I return movies in your book drop? Yes! We allow all materials to be placed into the book drop, except kits because of their size (they'd get stuck). The book drop is a silver door located to the left of the entrance. How many movies can I take out? You are allowed to check out as many movies as you like in either DVD or VHS format. We have no limits. Can I pay my fines with my debit card? No, unfortunately we can only accept cash, check or money order for payment of lost books or fines. What if you don't have the book I want? What can I do if I don't want to be called every time something comes in for me? You have 2 options... If you still want to be notified you can give us your email address and tell us you only want an email, instead of a phone call.
